Books
Books purchased from BibleOperator.com are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged. If your book is damaged upon delivery, we require photo evidence of the damage to process your refund or replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your damaged book to initiate the return process.
Apparel and Other Items
For all other items, such as apparel, the following conditions apply:
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Christopher@BibleOperator.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Christopher@BibleOperator.com.
