From battlefields To the spiritual frontlines

Our founder's lineage traces back through 10 generations of those who served with honor and sought truth. From Johannes Koelback, who arrived in America (New Amsterdam) in 1709 seeking religious freedom, to William Coolbaugh Sr. and his sons, who fought in the American Revolution (helping General Washington secure the boats to cross the frozen Delaware river at Trenton), to documented Deacons and elders of the first Colonial churches, our heritage is marked by warriors who stood for what they believed in, and those who served the Lord. This legacy of service and faith continues today through Bible Operator's mission, and its Operators.

The journey from combat veteran to ministry founder wasn't immediate or easy. Like many warriors, the transition from battlefield to civilian life brought its own battles - Loss of a son, homelessness, struggles with identity, purpose, faith, and even committed to go through with suicide- which would have led to just another unnoticed statistic. Yet God was and is faithful, using every trial and triumph to prepare the way for something greater.

Through divine appointments and clear guidance, God began revealing His purpose for Bible Operator in 2023 after January's 21 Days of Prayer. He showed us the critical need within the Church body - Christian military men and veterans who needed brotherhood, support, and spiritual growth opportunities. The vision became clear: To unite these warriors in Christ, providing them with the community, resources, and spiritual foundation they need to thrive.

The launch of Bible Operator coincides with the timing of an unprecedented need in our military community and Church body. As veteran suicide rates climb and isolation threatens our brothers in arms, God has positioned us to be a beacon of hope and connection. Through our online community platform (The Operator Network), War Camp Retreats, and various ministry initiatives, we're witnessing lives being transformed by the power of Christ through Godly relationships, and intentional effort.

Today, Bible Operator stands as a testament to God's perfect orchestration. From battlefield preservation to spiritual transformation, from individual healing to community impact - every step has been divinely guided. We exist to ensure that no Christian warrior walks alone, that every veteran has a brotherhood to lean on, and that Christ's love reaches those who've sacrificed so much for our nation.

Our mission continues to expand as God opens new doors. Through retreats, resources, and relationships, we're building a nationwide network of Christian warriors who support, encourage, and strengthen one another in faith.

This is more than just our story - it's an ongoing testimony to God's faithfulness across generations, His power to transform lives, and His perfect plan to use willing vessels for His glory. As we move forward, we remain committed to our calling: connecting, equipping, and empowering Christian military men to grow in faith, support one another, and make a positive impact in their communities for the glory of God..
