The War Camp Commander will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Bible Operator’s War Camp retreats. This role carries responsibility for developing cadre teams, overseeing training schedules, ensuring logistical readiness, and maintaining the spiritual and physical safety of all participants. Acting as the senior leader on the ground, the War Camp Commander ensures every retreat runs with military precision and Christ-centered impact. This position requires a proven ability to lead warriors, manage complex operations, and foster a culture of discipline, brotherhood, and worship.

The Director of Worship will lead Bible Operator in cultivating authentic, Christ-centered worship across retreats, gatherings, and training environments. This role ensures that prayer and worship are not an afterthought but a central weapon in our spiritual arsenal. Working closely with the Executive Board and War Camp teams, the Director of Worship will oversee worship leaders, develop Operator-specific worship resources, and create environments where warriors encounter God’s presence. The State Commander will serve as the lead Operator for Bible Operator within a specific state, responsible for expanding and overseeing small groups, War Camps, and partnerships. This role builds, trains, and mentors local leaders while maintaining direct communication with the national Executive Command Staff. The State Commander represents Bible Operator within churches, communities, and veteran networks, ensuring that the mission is executed with excellence and faithfulness across their assigned region. This position requires strong leadership, a passion for discipleship, and the ability to mobilize men for Kingdom impact.

The Area Commander provides regional leadership and oversight for multiple State Commanders within an assigned geographic area. This role ensures consistent execution of Bible Operator’s mission across states, offering mentorship, accountability, and coordination for local leaders. The Area Commander is responsible for expanding the Operator network, strengthening church and community partnerships, and ensuring War Camps and groups under their region operate with discipline, excellence, and Christ-centered focus. Acting as the link between the national Executive Command Staff and state-level leadership, the Area Commander helps unify strategy and mobilize resources to maximize Kingdom impact.

The Church Liaison Commander serves as the primary bridge between Bible Operator and local churches nationwide. This role is responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with pastors, men’s ministries, and church leadership to launch and support Operator groups within their congregations. The Church Liaison Commander provides training, resources, and ongoing encouragement to ensure church-based groups remain faithful to the Operator mission of discipleship, brotherhood, and spiritual readiness. Acting as a point of contact for churches, this leader ensures smooth communication, fosters trust, and mobilizes church partnerships to impact military and veteran men for Christ.

The Military Base Liaison Commander connects Bible Operator with active-duty service members, chaplains, and leadership on U.S. military installations. This role is responsible for building relationships with base chapels, facilitating Operator small groups for active-duty warriors, and ensuring smooth transitions for service members entering veteran life. The Military Base Liaison Commander serves as a trusted representative of Bible Operator on the ground, providing discipleship resources, coordinating with local State Commanders, and ensuring compliance with military protocols and standards. This leader helps bridge the gap between the front lines of military service and the lifelong brotherhood of Bible Operator.

The Commander of International Missions leads Bible Operator’s efforts to expand beyond U.S. borders, forging partnerships with missionaries, veteran ministries, and international churches. This role develops strategies to launch Operator groups globally, coordinates cross-border War Camps and training initiatives, and ensures cultural and spiritual alignment with the mission. The Commander of International Missions works closely with the Executive Command Staff to mobilize resources, build trusted alliances, and extend the reach of Bible Operator’s discipleship, brotherhood, and Kingdom impact to warriors around the world. Currently a volunteer position.

The Director of Operational Security & Intelligence is responsible for safeguarding Bible Operator’s people, programs, and communications. This role oversees digital security, physical safety at events, and intelligence gathering on risks to our mission, drawing from proven military practices. Working in coordination with leadership, the Director ensures that our retreats, networks, and operations remain secure while also training Operators in basic security awareness and protective measures.

The Commander of Rescue Operations leads Bible Operator’s efforts to intervene in moments of crisis and bring hope to those in immediate danger. This role develops and oversees strategies for suicide prevention, crisis response, and partnerships with ministries engaged in rescue operations, including anti-trafficking and veteran crisis intervention. The Commander of Rescue Operations works closely with the Executive Command Staff to establish rapid-response protocols, train Operators in crisis engagement, and mobilize prayer and support networks. This leader ensures that Bible Operator is ready to answer the call when warriors and communities face their darkest battles, bringing the light of Christ and the strength of brotherhood into the fight.
